Managed IT packages
Opting for a managed IT package ensures you get all your IT support covered within a set budget, allowing you to plan ahead and avoid nasty surprises down the road. Many of our customers find this is an affordable and efficient solution to managing all their IT support requirements. We offer three different levels of managed services depending on your requirements.
Our maintenance IT services ensure your IT equipment is healthy and running efficiently. They are calculated on a per server basis on a monthly plan. Our server maintenance includes checking event logs and resolving issues, a cleanup of temporary files and caches, and all windows and other software updates as required. We also regularly examine and test your networking and firewall equipment and carry out firmware updates.
Purchase block hours of IT support
Opting to purchase a pre-paid block of hours for IT services means you’ll get them at a discounted rate. You can then use these hours for any type of IT support – and they don’t have an expiry date - you so can keep them for when you really need them. This offers peace of mind that you’re covered should anything go wrong.
